We like to see small objects writ large, and this watch table fits right into that category.

Cleverly named Big Time, it’s a coffee table for big shots, made of 24k gold plated steel with a $43,150 price to match. Its designer, artist Lee Rowland, has even figured out how to hide a slim drawer inside the 2-inch-thick tabletop.

Its digital clock displays time, date, and temperature, and can be programmed with any 8-character message. What would you put in there? "$43,150!"? It's a great-looking table for sure, but we think it would look a lot less tacky if there were an analog dial under its glass face, ticking away just like any regular-sized watch would do.
